Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Overview:
These terms and conditions govern your stay at Loena Luxury Suites. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

Availability:
These terms are always available on our website for reference.

2. Booking and Guest Information


Guest Registration:
All guests must provide accurate and complete information when booking. Failure to provide such information may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Identification:
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in. In accordance with Greek law, if you fail to present a valid ID at check-in, Loena Luxury Suites reserves the right to deny access to the property.

Maximum Occupancy:
Suites accommodate up to 3 guests. An additional charge applies for the third guest.

Unregistered Guests:
Only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to be in the suite. Any additional individuals who are not registered as part of the booking will not be allowed to stay.
Contagious Diseases:
Guests suffering from a contagious disease or exhibiting symptoms of such diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, are not permitted to stay at the property. To protect the safety and health of all guests, if a guest is found to have a contagious disease, the rental agreement will be terminated immediately, and the guest will be required to vacate the premises without a refund. The guest will also be responsible for any professional disinfection costs incurred by Loena

3. Payment and Cancellation Policies


Accepted Payment Methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (up to €500).

Payment Timing:
Full payment is due at the end of the cancellation period for refundable bookings, or immediately upon booking for non-refundable rates. Failure to provide full payment at check-in will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations are subject to the rate and booking channel terms applicable to the specific reservation.

No-Show:
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided, and the full amount will be charged.

Special Offers:
Promotional rates may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out Procedures


Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM

Front Desk Hours:

  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

For after-hours check-in, online check-in must be completed by 9:30 PM.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out:
Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Failure to Present ID or Payment:
In accordance with Greek law, if the guest does not present valid ID or has not fully paid for the reservation at check-in, Loena Luxury Suites has the right to deny check-in and terminate the rental agreement.

5. House Rules and Guest Conduct


Prohibited Activities:

  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes/vaping)
  • Pets
  • Parties or gatherings
  • Professional use of the accommodation
  • Lighting candles
  • Use of devices or materials that pose a fire hazard

Quiet Hours:

  • Summer (April 1 – September 30): 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Winter (October 1 – March 31): 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM, 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Guest Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and care for the property.
  • Treat neighbors and staff with respect. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and energy conservation protocols.

Follow all instructions provided by property staff regarding safety, security, and operational matters. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.

6. Violation of Agreement and Termination

The rental agreement may be terminated immediately, without refund, in the event of:
  • Failure to present valid ID or make full payment at check-in.
  • Allowing unregistered guests to stay overnight.
  • Presence of contagious disease.
  • Violation of prohibited activities.
  • Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
  • Failure to comply with health, safety, or staff instructions.
  • Failure to report damages.

7. Property Access and Restrictions

Access: 24/7 with access codes provided.

Internet Use:
Complimentary Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps) is available. Loena Luxury Suites is not liable for any issues that arise from internet use during your stay, including but not limited to data loss, viruses, or security breaches. Guests are responsible for their online activities and may not engage in illegal activity or access illegal content. Violations will be reported to the authorities.
Guest Security:
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Each suite includes a safe. Loena Luxury Suites is not liable for loss or damage to items stored in the safe.

8. Security and Liability


Loena Luxury Suites is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or property loss.

9. Force Majeure

Loena Luxury Suites is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection


All personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data may be shared with local authorities as required by Greek law.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law


These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your stay shall be governed by Greek law.
The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections regarding venue.

Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Greek language, with official translations provided where necessary.

Before initiating legal action, guests are encouraged to contact Loena Luxury Suites to resolve disputes amicably.

13. Lost and Found

Items left behind by guests will be held for up to 30 days. Guests may arrange for the return of their belongings by contacting us at [email protected]. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.

14. Damage Reporting


Guests must report any damages or incidents immediately. Guests are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements for any damages caused by them or their visitors, whether intentional or accidental.
