What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to request these services. 

Automated 24/7 parking is available for our guests through an external partner. Please select the relevant add-on during check-our or book our Parking Inclusive rate.
We strive to accommodate all guests, however, we want to be transparent that our property has certain accessibility limitations. The building entrance includes several steps, and while there is an elevator, it has limited dimensions that may not accommodate all wheelchair types. We recommend contacting us directly before booking if you have specific mobility requirements so we can provide detailed information and discuss whether our accommodations will meet your needs.
We are happy to provide you with a Continental breakfast box in your room daily 08:30-10:30. The box includes fruit juice, yogurt, mini muffins, white and multigrain toast bread, gouda cheese slices, turkey slices, honey, strawberry jam, and butter.
We are centrally located with most major attractions within walking distance. The Tsimiski Shopping Area is 5 minutes away, Aristotelous Square is 8 minutes away, the White Tower is 23 minutes away, and the Ataturk Museum is 29 minutes away from our property.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our luxury suites to ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain our high cleanliness standards.
Yes, our property is located on the 4th floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. Kindly note our accessibility note, there are about 20 steps to get to the elevator.
We provide daily housekeeping upon request. Please leave the ‘Please Clean My Room’ door tag if you would like your room to be cleaned.

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) throughout the property. The connection details will be provided upon check-in.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfers, and cash in Euros (up to €500).

No, we do not require a security deposit. However, guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
Children from the age of 2 and over are welcome. Please note that infants are not welcome. We can provide a baby cot for an extra charge of 10 euros per stay. Some of our suites can accommodate additional arrangements upon request.
Our bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries, hair dryers, plush towels, and complimentary slippers. Additional amenities are available upon request.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked and the booking channel used. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
Our front desk operates weekdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Yes, we observe quiet hours to ensure all guests have a peaceful stay. During summer: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. During winter: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Our suites accommodate up to 3 people. For the third guest, an additional charge of €20 per night applies.
Yes, the following activities are prohibited: smoking (including vaping), keeping pets, hosting parties or gatherings, conducting professional activities, lighting candles, and flammable devices (e.g., gasoline, portable gas stoves).

Yes, we’re conveniently located near public transportation. The Thessaloniki Railway Station is about 1.5 km away (15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride), the Venizelou Metro Station is an 8-minute walk from our property, and there is a Public Bus stop just 50 meters away (3 min walk).

For lost and found items, we use a service called Deliverback. If you’ve left something behind, please fill out the form at https://orders.deliverback.com/?location_id=68174bcc5fec46ade0f63937. The Deliverback service will handle the return process, including shipping and payment processing for returning your items safely.
