Frequently asked questions
How does check-in work?
Self check-in opens at 15:00. We send photo directions before every arrival so the entrance is easy to find. Check-out is by 11:00. For an earlier arrival or luggage storage, message us on WhatsApp before you travel.
Is there parking near the suites?
Not in the building. The partner garage is 250 m from the entrance, open around the clock, charged separately. If you are coming by car, write to us on WhatsApp and we will send directions.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, for business stays. Send us your company details by email or on WhatsApp.
I left something in the suite. What do I do?
We return forgotten items through Deliverback, which handles the shipping and its payment. You fill in its form at orders.deliverback.com.
