Where is Loena Luxury Suites located?
In Ladadika, in central Thessaloniki, at 13 Ernestou Emprar. Aristotelous Square is a nine-minute walk and the White Tower twenty-three.
Is parking available?
Yes. We work with a private garage 250 m from the property, with automated entry around the clock. Parking is charged separately, and we arrange your space on WhatsApp before you arrive.
What amenities are included?
Suites include kitchen facilities, a dining/work table, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, anatomic mattresses, a safe, toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers and regular housekeeping. An iron is available on request. Parking, breakfast, and transfer services are available at extra cost.
Is housekeeping and guest support provided?
Yes. We clean the suite regularly through your stay without you having to ask. Fresh linen goes on for every new guest, and on longer stays it is changed once a week. We answer messages ourselves, and we help with the practical side of getting here.

Is Loena Luxury Suites suitable for families with children?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome, and for babies under 2 we can provide a cot, charged per stay. The quarter is audible on weekend nights.
Is Loena Luxury Suites suitable for business travel?
Yes. There is a table to work at, and we issue invoices for business stays.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
If that day's availability allows, yes, and it may carry a charge. Tell us your times before you arrive.
How do I get into the suite?
You check in yourself with a smart lock. Before you arrive we send directions with photographs of the entrance and the suite.
Can we leave our luggage?
Yes, before check-in and after checkout. Tell us in advance.
Can three people stay in one suite?
Yes, up to three, in a queen-size bed and a single. A third guest is charged extra per night.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not accept pets.
Is there a lift? Is it wheelchair accessible?
A lift goes up to the fourth floor, but it is small and not every wheelchair fits, and about 20 steps lead up to it. If you have mobility needs, talk to us before you book.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free, at 100 Mbps.
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express, by PayPal, by bank transfer, or in cash in euros up to the legal limit for cash payments.
Do you ask for a security deposit?
No. If you cause damage to the suite, you cover it.
Is there a washing machine?
A shared washing machine on the fourth floor serves longer stays. The suites have none of their own.
Can I cancel my booking?
It depends on the rate you chose. Its terms are shown before you pay, and the Flexible rate's are on our stay policies page.
